Tracer Study

Before collecting your convocation attire, academic transcript, and certificate (scroll), you are required to complete the MOHE Online Tracer Study (SKPG 1) survey.

Here's what you need to do:

1. The survey link will be accessible starting Monday, 6 January 2025.

2.  Complete the survey and make sure to print, screenshot, or save a copy of the Tracer Study Confirmation Slip after completing the survey.

3. Keep the Tracer Study Confirmation Slip readily available as you will need to submit it during the collection of your convocation attire, academic transcript, and certificate (scroll).

4.  If you are unable to personally collect your convo attire and wish to authorize someone else to collect on your behalf, ensure they bring the Tracer Study Confirmation Slip with them.

Important:  Submitting the Tracer Study Confirmation Slip is mandatory to collect your convocation attire, academic transcript, and certificate (scroll). We kindly ask for your cooperation in completing the survey and having the slip ready to ensure a smooth and hassle-free collection process.
